We have a comprehensive Safety Management System in place that covers all aspects of our business, with particular relevance to activities relating to the selection, placement and management of labour hire employees.

SES Labour Solutions’ highest priority is the safety of its employees. Safety management is an integral part of our ongoing processes and we strongly believe that comprehensive safety management has a direct impact on quality and vice versa. SES Labour Solutions’ Quality and Safety Management System is directed at continuous improvement and reflects the standards, mandatory requirements, audits and safety plans with measurable actions and resources. All SES employees are required to undertake a written safety examination prior to commencing an assignment.
