On 1 January 2020 SES Labour Solutions will become Brunel. This marks the completion of a gradual two-year journey which began when SESLS was acquired by Brunel International N.V. in September 2017.
The organisation will continue to operate its Brisbane, Mackay and Maitland offices under the Brunel brand, while working more closely with Brunel’s Perth headquarters and various Australasian divisions than ever before.
The name change will not have any impact on the employment of SESLS’ office or contract staff, and will not alter any of the organisation’s existing Employment Agreements or contracts.
SES Labour Solutions Executive General Manager Nathan Sharpe welcomes the change.
“After quietly working on this transition over the past two years, we’re incredibly excited to finally become Brunel,” Mr Sharpe said.
“As Brunel we’ll continue to focus on connecting skilled workers with mining and construction opportunities throughout Australia, but we’ll be doing so with access to more resources, industry insights and support thanks to the organisation’s expansive global network of over 100 offices in 44 countries.
“This change will also enable us to offer even more responsive support to our clients, workers and candidates in Western Australia through an increased presence in the region courtesy of Brunel’s Australasian headquarters in Perth.”
