SES Labour Solutions, a Brunel entity, provides employment solutions (temporary  and permanent placements) to clients in the mining, technical and civil infrastructure sectors. To support our growing business we are seeking an Administration Leader to join our team

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Administration Officer your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Accounts payable
  • Assisting in the processing of payroll, including reconciliations & payrun
  • Generation of weekly invoices to clients
  • Assisting the finance team with reconciliations
  • Being a hard working part of a great team!

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience

  • 5 years experience in a fast paced administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail & computing skills
  • Experience in MYOB & payroll systems essential
  • Demonstrated customer focus
  • Ability to lead junior staff in line with company ethos
  • A “can do”attitude
